The handout said that the Birthday ceremony was meant to not overexcite the kids and disrupt the day. I opted to bring in Fruit Kabobs from the list of accepted birthday treats. I wasn't sure what to think of this . . but after seeing "Celebration of Life" pix I think it's neat.
We had to send a Birth timeline in, with pictures . .
Hudson was born on a Sunday, Sept 16, 2007 in Scottsdale, AZ. Hudson had great big cheeks. Hudson went to the pool almost every day and loved to go "up and under."
When Hudson was One, they moved all the way to Virginia where he has lots of grandparents and cousins. He rode his first airplane ride.
When Hudson was Two, Mom and Dad took him to go see Thomas. He shed a tear when he saw Thomas.

In Hudson's third year of life . . it was a good year...
He became Big Bro to Colt.
He found a love of Monster Trucks.
He learned how to ride a bike.
Got on a Teeball team.
And went skiing for the first time!!

In Hudson's 4th year of life ..
Hudson caught his first Bass with Papa over Spring Break, his first time away from mommy and daddy for a whole week. He really did catch it all by himself. He also caught a big Catfish over the summer. Hudson really liked Soccer Camp this year. He was also tall enough to ride the big boy rides at Six Flags and rode his rollercoaster, the log ride and other scary rides!
